Nazdar, a manufacturer of screen printing, wide format digital and flexographic inks and a distributor of printing supplies worldwide, has announced the appointment of Shuyang “Shaun” Pan as vice president, chief strategy officer (CSO).

Based in Shawnee, KS, USA, Pan will be responsible for both the development and implementation of Nazdar’s strategic planning process and marketing activities. He brings more than 17 years of global sales, marketing and team leadership experience, with a track record of business transformations, sales excellence programs and new market development that led to revenue improvements.

Pan also has an impressive educational background, having received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and his Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University. He went on to earn his Master of Business Administration, Specializing in Strategy and Marketing, from New York University.
